The aims of my Doula service are:

To empower you and inform you so that you can have the birth you want
To respect your wishes without judgement or interferance
To give you a voice in the labour room
To give you and any other birth partner the confidence in your body and instincts and your ability to perform this wonderful and amazing act
To help you to nurture your baby from the womb and beyond

Whether it's your first baby or you feel you could do with some extra support this time round, a Doula could help you to prepare for the new arrival, support you continually throughout your birth and help out at home in the postnatal period. I serve Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.
